Dr. Victoria M Grady is an active researcher and consultant of organizational change management and leadership development.
Her research focus is based on the impact of Attachment Theory (Bowlby) on the management of behaviors resulting from organizational change-- to the individual employees and the collective organization.
Victoria continues to build upon her research in the field of

This effort resulted in a change metric or measurement tool (the LOE Index) that is integrated as a function of the planning, implementation and tracking phases of the change initiative.
