Ms. Gerber obtained her Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) Green Associate and Corporate Social Responsibility certifications to merge her significant Civil/Environmental Engineering design experience with her HSE and sustainable development initiatives. While at KBR, she was the leader in integrating GRI indicators into the company's second sustainabiity report, participated in stakeholder engagement through shareholders and NGOs, and was responsible for investor surveys, such as ESG surveys, Newsweek Green Rankings, ENR Green Rankings, Sustainalytics, and Goldman Sachs Sustain.

Major achievements include:
o Served as District Engineer for the Malcomson Road Utility District (MRUD) from 2007 to 2009. The district includes approximately 894 acres of single family residential, multi family apartments, and mixed commercial development in northern Harris County. Responsible for MRUD sanitary sewer rehab and CIP projects.
o Prepared a $2.3 M Bond Application Report (BAR) No. 10 for the MRUD for submittal to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
o Reviewed over 1,000 water well performance test reports and recommended rehabilitation procedures for more than 100 clients’ water wells based on the evaluations.
o Prepared and submitted more than ten (10) elevated storage tank exceptions with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for various districts located in Harris, Brazoria, and Montgomery Counties.
o Designed four (4) first phase ground water plants in the Greater Houston Area, including City of Missouri City’s Mustang Bayou Regional Water Plant.
o Designed more than ten (10) water plant expansion and improvement projects in the Greater Houston Area.
o Designed more than forty (40) water well reworks, totaling over $6.6M, in the Greater Houston area, including five (5) reworks for City of Sugar Land.
o Prepared and given numerous presentations covering topics such as water well reworks, well performance tests, and water well construction to Engineers and Inspectors at Houston & Woodlands offices.
