From May 2015 to Present (6 months) Berkeley, CAResearch Assistant @ Assisting with the Caldwell Lab in the Integrative Biology department at UC Berkeley, which studies mantis shrimp (stomatopods) and octopi, with semiweekly care and cleaning of mantis shrimp. I checked water levels, changed water, and ensured all animals were happy and healthy twice a week in order to help facilitate more effective research. From May 2015 to Present (6 months) Berkeley, CAEECS Research Assistant @ Working with two EE/CS graduate students and the EE chair to use R to analyze possible correlations between the gender of Electrical Engineering/Computer Science professors and student perceptions of those professors using course survey data.
