In addition to project management, I am a part of the internal management team where we handle both operational and strategic questions. I got experiences from accounting, project leading as well as developing processes regarding internal controls. From August 2009 to June 2010 (11 months) ISBF 2010 @ ISBF is an exclusive three day programme specifically designed to challenge and develop future business leaders. Me and the other participants worked in multinational teams in teams of five to solve a complex business case, under the guidance of Deloitte leaders and IMD faculty. From March 2010 to March 2010 (1 month) Trainee @ Mainly worked with assisting in project delivery (industry conferences, Sweden promotion, CSR), communication and marketing, sales calls.
