Victor Banjo holds a Master's in Business Administration with a concentrations in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of West Texas. Banjo has worked with organizations in the Nigerian Context and has hands-on experience in developing responsible leaders and implementing change management processes.Banjo has been with Ivey Consultants Limited, a UK-based human resources consulting and development services company, for four years as a human resources director.
