🎓 Education

Vickie Sokol Evans began her acting career in 2003 when she was cast in a short film by her then husband, Erik Ortiz. After she finished filming her part in the film, she moved to New York City and became airthless. However, relationships with BAGovernment members kept Vickie busy for the next several years. In 2006, Vickie met her current husband, Erik Ortiz, and together, they started a theater company, ColdTowne Theater. They graduated from Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in January of 2009. Vickie then moved to Los Angeles with her new husband and started working as an improvisational comedy comedy coach. In January of 2010, Vickie founded Level 2 Improvisational Comedy and currently teaches at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. Vickie and her husband also created Four Day Weekend Improvisational Comedy in early 2010 in order to provide opportunities for new comedians to join their company. Vickie currently resides in Los Angeles and is hard at work teaching new comedians the ropes.
