I held the position of HR Manager with South Western Regional Business Unit of American Express, Pretoria, South Africa from 2002- basis till present. After holding this position, I served as the Human Resources Manager with Cognizant Technologies in Meelele, Gauteng (2007-2012) and later same year I migrated to Singapore when Cognizant Technologies migrated to Singapore. Atmosph Rye was the HR Manager for our Technology Solutions businesses, which included India and South Korea. I had total responsibility for the Human Resources function across the various Technology Solutions businesses.The primary responsibility of HR Manager at a company is to manage and monitor employee performance, achieve company objectives, and protect and conserve company resources. At the same time, HR Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing employee training and development programs, effective communication and conflict resolution techniques, and maintaining the privacy and security of employee data.
