💼 Past Experience

From 1994-1997 Van Donnelly was with the Northeastern District Sales Manager at Schneider Electric in Canton, Massachusetts. There, he was responsible for overall area growth strategy for commercial, Industrial, and OEM markets. Van Donnelly also developed Area Channel Strategy and implemented process changes to meet all customer coverage and support requirement's for individual market segments. Utilized performance management framework to deploy internal and external resources and cross-segment integration to meet corporate goals. He also managed/ developed key customer contacts and relationships essential for business goals within the area. Van Donnelly also held various other sales and marketing positions at Schneider Electric until 2007.

Van Donnelly has a B.S. in business administration and management from Bridgewater State University, and a Master in business/corporate communications from Duke University. In 2010, Van Donnelly completed her ABB Leadership Program successfully. Van Donnelly then completed the ABB MMP Program which awarded her the title of “ABB Leader.” Van Donnelly currently is a student at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where she is enrolled in the Certificate of Completion, Quote to Cash Training and the Certificate of Completion, Lean Manufacturing Programs. Van Donnelly is also a member of the Duke University Alumni Association.
