Tyler E. Banks is the National Practice Leader and CEO for Willis' Personal Lines Division. He was previously the Western Region Leader at Willis. Prior to Willis Banks served as sales leader for Marsh Risk & Insurance Services specializing in the sales and risk consulting in the Private Client Services department. In these positions Banks is responsible for teams of highly specialized individuals focused on High Net Worth business providing property & casualty insurance products and services to address risk exposures and optimize wealth preservation for high net worth individuals and families.
Prior to Marsh Banks served as a regional director of Sperry Van Ness’ National Advisor Organization targeting the company’s growth in the West region of the United States as well as training advisors on marketing tools and services.
Banks earned a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University and earned a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Japanese from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. Banks also completed advanced curriculum and has earned his California Broker’s License and Fire & Casualty Broker's License.
Banks continually volunteers through his church, mentoring youth on interpersonal communication, organization and managerial skills. Banks currently is President of the BYU Management Society in Orange County promoting ethical and moral leadership in the workplace.

The professionals within Willis Personal Lines design and manage personal insurance programs for individuals and families and negotiate with insurance companies on their behalf. Based on a complete risk analysis, including personal meetings and discussions, our Client Advisors develop a risk management program with solutions designed to address each client’s specific situation and lifestyle.
