💼 Past Experience

Turgut Gulcihan’s professional experience in the Industry of Banking goes back to Şube Yöneticisi at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası, where he was the Deputy Chairperson from 2002 to 2007 and also from July 2007 to March 2010. Turgut Gulcihan holds a Bachelor's degree from the Pekiyi Artvin Borçka İmam Hatip Lisesi. He then earned a Master's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi in 2003. After completing his studies, Gulcihan worked as an assistant professor at theschool for a year. Then, he worked as a research associate at the Middle East Technical University where he held the position of professor from January 2009 to January 2012. He currently holds the position of professor at the İstanbul Üniversitesi Faculty of Religious Studies.
