How did you first get interested in computer science?I entered computer science as an undergraduate at San Francisco State University, where I majored in statistics and philosophy. I was Immediately drawn to the field of artificial intelligence and its potential implications for data and communication. I pursued a post-doctoral position at Facebook in May of 2015, during which time I helped from scratch to implement their AI strategy. I then spent a year at Intel in Dublin, working on mergers and acquisitions and growth marketing. From there, I accepted a position at San Francisco Magazine in March of 2014 as an Assistantship. After a year of experience as an Intern at San Francisco Magazine, I returned to Facebook as an Analyst in February of 2015.
