As Vice President & General Manager for Dell Federal Systems, Troy managed all aspects of sales and marketing of Dell solutions to federal defense, civilian and intelligence customers. Under his leadership, Dell’s Federal segment consistently earned recognition and awards for performance and profitability achievements.
Joining Dell in 1989, Troy held a series of increasingly expanding positions across multiple businesses and functions within North America and Western Europe, including Executive Director, Dell Public Operations & Customer Experience, Executive Director of State & Local Sales, Vice President U.S. Public Channels, Vice President and General Manager of EMEA Public and Vice President U.S. Public Enterprise Solutions.
Troy serves on the board of Caritas of Austin which provides a service continuum for those experiencing poverty to achieve self-sufficiency.
