Tristan founded and is the Non-Executive Director of the Investr Group. He started the Group in 2013 and under his leadership, the business has grown from profits of £1 million with a headcount of 60 staff to generating a £5 million profit with 300 staff.
Tristan is also the founder and Chairman of HCIG, the first buy and build platform funded by leading private equity house, Hamilton Bradshaw. Under Tristan's leadership, and through a combination of strategic acquisitions and organic growth, this platform generated sales of £230 million, and profits in excess of £10 million.
Tristan also acts as a strategic investor in a number of recruitment and human capital businesses. As an investor, Tristan collaborates closely with stakeholders, staff and management to drive revenue and profit through the most efficient available business models and opportunities.
The support Tristan provides to management spans all areas including strategy, operations, financing, talent attraction and M&A.
Tristan takes a commercial and creative approach to his business interests. Renowned across the industry for his entrepreneurial flair and leadership qualities, Tristan was a finalist for the Sunday Times Non-Executive Director Awards as well as a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year.
