Strategic Initiatives Manager - Corporate Operations @ I am the Strategic Initiatives Manager within our Corporate Operations team. I lead our Manufacturing Strategy and Facilities Optimization efforts across the enterprise. From May 2014 to Present (1 year 8 months) Co-founder @ Line Genie was born out of the MIT $100K Business Plan Competition. Line Genie aims to be the OpenTable for nightlife venues. Consumers make reservations to popular nightlife venues on LineGenie.com by purchasing a gift card to the venue and receive line privileges and complimentary entry for two people. From December 2010 to Present (5 years 1 month) Capacity Planning Lead @ I was the Capacity Planning lead on our SAP business support team within our Integrated Defense Systems business unit. In this role, I led the development and implementation of a Rough Cut Capacity Planning tool within Kinaxis RapidResponse and rolled out Capacity Requirements Planning business processes leverageing capacity modules within SAP ERP. From July 2012 to May 2014 (1 year 11 months) Leader for Global Operations Fellow @ Dual degree program (MBA and Engineering Masters) for Operations focused professionals. From June 2010 to June 2012 (2 years 1 month) LGO Intern @ During the LGO program I interned at MGH in the perioperative department. My project was focused on surgical patient flow through a congested recovery area. From June 2011 to December 2011 (7 months) Manufacturing Cell Leader @ Managed 20-30 operators on radar sub assemblies and RAID surveillance system product lines. Implemented LEAN principles to improve efficiencies and productivity. From July 2008 to May 2010 (1 year 11 months) Operations Talent Development Program @ Leadership Development Program within the Operations department.
