Art Room @ BBDO Detroit From 2005 to 2006 (1 year) Developer @ TEKsystems From November 2006 to December 2007 (1 year 2 months) Okemos, MISenior .NET Developer @ TEKsystems Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain various web applications for the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM); using various programming languages and frameworks such as C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery and MVC to develop, upgrade and maintain various applications. I have been placed in charge of upgrading various legacy applications. Application requirements vary from upgrading a VB6 fat client application to a web application using only HTML5 and JavaScript. Another legacy application upgrade involves upgrading the intranets Content Management System (CMS) Umbraco 4.10 to 7. Various modifications were made to the code of Umbraco, that are essential to the intranet site's functionality that need to be implemented in the upgraded version. The final upgrade involves adding a new ASP.NET application to the intranet using OAuth. From August 2014 to January 2015 (6 months) Software Engineer @ AMTI Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain various web applications for the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Office of Security and Hazardous Materials division; using various programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, Vbscript, ASP, XML, JQUERY and JavaScript to develop and maintain the applications. I was the primary developer for 11 classic asp and ASP.Net web applications, including the second largest web application used by the ASH group and the secondary developer for 3 web applications. I successfully migrated 2 applications from classic asp to ASP.Net; Developed and deployed 6 new web applications. We used LINQ extensions in 2 of the web applications to connect the SQL Server and Visual SourceSafe for version control on all applications. From February 2008 to June 2010 (2 years 5 months) Washington D.C. Metro AreaConsultant - Software Engineer II @ Daugherty Business Solutions Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain various web applications for Daugherty’s clientele.•Cox Communications – using Axure RP Pro to complete screen modeling for Daugherty’s RPM® (Rapid Process Map) techniques to elaborate on the requirements for Cox retail POS System. Assisted in documenting and discovering requirements for the redesign of Cox’s retail POS system. Assisted in producing conceptual design documents and detailed specification for this redesign to reinforce their technical product and architectural standards.•Georgia Pacific – used various programming languages and frameworks such as C#, MVC, Knockout, JavaScript, and JSON to enhance and maintain Georgia Pacific’s RMS application.•Cox Communications – using Axure RP Pro to complete screen modeling for Daugherty’s RPM® (Rapid Process Map) techniques to elaborate on the requirements for Cox’s field service Capacity Management Application (CMA). Created a working HTML prototype of the system using AngularJS and UI-Bootstrap JavaScript and CSS libraries. Assisted in documenting and discovering requirements for the redesign of Cox’s retail POS system. Assisted in producing conceptual design documents and detailed specification for this redesign to reinforce their technical product and architectural standards. From February 2015 to October 2015 (9 months) Atlanta, Georgia.NET Software Developer @ IBM Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain various web applications for IBM’s clientele.• Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) – In 2012 IBM was awarded this contract and after the transition phase, I was brought on to help maintain multiple systems for the Office of Data and Technology. I was tasked to correct and enhance systems based on work items derived from the client. I was the primary developer for 7 ASP.Net web applications and the secondary for another 8 applications. I released 4 applications to production as maintenance enhancements or redesigns. I often lead meetings with department heads to define the requirements and schedule the next system releases. I also updated them on the progress of current system updates and help desk tickets. I conducted code reviews with government developers as well as other contracted IBM developers. The programming languages used were C#, VB.Net, XML, SQL, and JavaScript. I used MS Visual Studio 2012 and TFS 2010/2012 to maintain ASP.NET 4.0 systems.• Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) - In 2010 IBM was awarded this contract and I assisted in transitioning all maintenance and development processes from General Dynamic’s to IBM processes. I was the transition team’s technical lead and then I shifted to a sr. developer role when the transition was complete. I created diagrams, requirements, processes and documentation for all systems and applications used by CDFI. Using various programming languages, such as C#, VB.NET, VBScript, XML, SQL and JavaScript I participated on a 6 person team that maintained various ASP.Net and Classic ASP web applications. During the contract I created 2 new web applications and upgraded 3 applications from .NET 1.1 to .NET 2.0. From June 2010 to August 2014 (4 years 3 months) Washington D.C.
