- Collaborate with 20+ recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to schedule technical and non-technical onsite, phone, and Skype interviews for in house and sub-companies.
- First point of contact for all candidates upon their arrival.
- Facilitate interviews and manage room availability.
- Improved scheduling efficiency by creating processes for the Recruiting Coordinator role, such as new Interview Request Forms, Candidate Follow-up spreadsheets, and college and job posting data sheets.
- Create and audit monthly interview counts for accuracy records.
- Process background checks through ESR system for each candidate being considered for hire.
- Audit background check invoices for the Accounting Department, and record every hire per recruiter for performance records.
- Research and coordinate college events to expand candidate pool.
- Process iMatrix (sub-company) new hire and post offer paperwork.
- Conduct full cycle recruiting for technical interns (QA Interns, Product Interns, Web Developer Interns, and Project Management Interns).
