Back to business, I currently support proactive talent sourcing for Cargill's engineering, Maintenance & Reliability, automation, electrical & instrumentation, EH&S, plant operations leadership as well as continuous improvement/lean six sigma functions. When I am not sourcing, aka "​in my free time"​, I continue to build sourcing strategy, provide market intelligence and support greenfield projects for our businesses in the US and Canada.
