Before InfoCurrent, Tori Covington was a Recruiting Manager at a company called Dexcom who provided recruitment solutions to the medical devices industry. Dexcom was acquired by Walmart in 2007. Tori Covington has been with Walmart for over three years and is currently the Sr. Manager II, Talent Acquisition. Tori is responsible for the Acquisition process at Walmart, which includes searching for and acquiring qualified candidates from all over the world.At Walmart, Tori Covington is responsible for the management of employees, contractingENCAPS and talent acquisition programs. She also oversees the development and implementation of Walmart's Personnel Policies and Procedures. In her role, Tori helps develop and driving strategy for Talent Acquisition programs, policies and procedures, and oversees the implementation of those programs.Prior to her stint at Dexcom, Tori worked as a Recruiting Manager at a company called Texas Instruments. At Texas Instruments, Tori was responsible for the Acquisition process at various companies, including Cypress Semiconductor, Sun Microsystems, and Texas Instruments. Tori has also worked as a Project Manager, Acquisition Coordinator, and Quality Control Specialist at Texas Instruments.Tori is a natural athlete and has been playing basketball since she was four years old.
