💼 Past Experience

Fjeldskaar began his career in 2003 as a lead designer at the Danish design studio laisr.com. After 6 years of design work, he migrated to the United States in 2010, to join the design team at BMW. Fjeldskaar led the development of the company’s Compact Vehicles. There, he worked on details, light and technology for BMW’s ConceptCar, the i8 and the x5. In 2013, he also formed a stratum-based team with Urbanophile colleague and friend Christopher L. Cox and began working on the development of the new aluminum frame bike Super- collapsing the company’s technical development into a single efforts.Since leaving laisr.com in early 2013, Fjeldskaar has been working as a freelance industrial designer and design strategist for companies in the design industry. Torgny Fjeldskaar has a Master of DesignTransport Vehicle Design from Elisava Escuela Superior de Diseño in Barcelona, Spain. He studied at Technical University of Munich in Germany from January 2000 to January 2001. He then studied at Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Norway from January 1995 to January 2001. Torgny then studied at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Spain from January 1999 to January 2000. He then studied at Larvik Gymnas, a Technical University in Norway.Torgny Fjeldskaar is currently an engineer with DHL. He has worked as an engineer for DHL for over 10 years and has experience in product development, design and manufacturing. He has also held positions as a manager and head engineer for DHL in six countries.Torgny Fjeldskaar is an excellent engineer who has a lot of experience in product development, design and manufacturing.
