In the same year, he completed his industrial anarchy research paper.Since then, Toon Veer has completed a number of graduate level studies, including studies at the University of Groningen and at the University of Warwick.Between 2013 and 2019, Toon Veer has completed a PhD at the University of Warwick. His thesis is entitled "Industrial Anarchy and Employment in Post-Socialist Economies".
