From 1994-1997, Netherfield led ERJ from a regional sales manager position to become a national sales manager. In her fifteen years with the company, she increased ERJ's footprint by strategic partnerships with banks and OEMs, gave customers new products and services, and grew the company into one of the premier F&I development companies. Under Netherfield, ERJ became one of the first to develop a GAP product "debt cancelation" to be marketed nationwide and successfully negotiated contracts with underwriters to allow ERJ to expand its all its lines of business nationwide.
