I take great pride in facilitating graceful product launches and ensuring product teams have the information they need to reiterate and improve on products immediately after customers begin engaging with them.
Communicating product launch schedules, respective team initiatives and goal tracking, while also implementing feedback mechanisms between product and our global support teams allows us to bring our customers into the product development process.
