From the time she was a little girl, Toni Dines was determined to get into a good school and achieve her dreams. She finished high school and then married her high school sweetheart. They had two sons before moving to Dallas, where she was eventually hired as a Business Development Manager at Bluefin.After stints at Ink Underwriting, Dallas Kirkland Recruitment and GRS Limited, Toni decided to open her own business in the recruitment industry. But it wasn't an easy journey. first, she had to figure out how to do all of the different things required to be a successful recruiter. Not to mention, her business was always facing competition from larger businesses.But over time, Toni has learned how to work blended with her team and what makes her succeed- her intensity, passion and drive. And she knows that no matter the situation, she can always come through and deliver on her promise.Today, Toni is a Director at Boxtree Recruitment Limited and head of Practice-Recruitment.
