After my studies at the Technical University Delft, I have been working as a software developer since 1997. Since 1999 I have enjoyed working with Oracle products, especially with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Java. My specialties are customisation of Oracle EBS, PL/SQL programming, SQL, forms, report, Java, workflow, data warehouse design, business intelligence, Oracle BI publisher, reports programming, debugging, performance improvement, interfacing between different systems, functional and technical design and maintenance work. I find good communication with the client and being able to understand the business needs or problems of the client very important. Getting the right functionality and establishing clear specifications of the software is therefore important to make good and useful IT system so that the client can get the most effective solution. Good testing is as important as developing software of good quality. I like to think with the client about how the business processes can be improved and have an eye for quality and detail. I am also good at picking up new material quickly and can analyze complex problems. I have worked at both small and large international companies and can work independently as well as in a team.
