Project Manager @ Project Management:
Responsible for end to end delivery of software (R&D) projects in multi-platform environment: Web, Mobile, Tablet and TV.
Management throughout project phases - scoping, forming an integrated work plan, engaging design, development & QA till the successful deployment and launch.
Cross organization projects:
Matrix management of both internally initiated (B2C) projects, and projects for customers (B2B), including all relevant parties - product managers, parallel project managers, internal clients, Database, BI, development/QA teams and IT.
Email Marketing Manager:
Responsible for the project management and execution of all email marketing initiatives,
including the overall email strategy and architecture, reporting and analysis, development and execution of all email projection.
Accountable for all KPIs related to the email channel, including all phases of trafficking, optimization, analysis and tracking the impact of email campaigns.
Serve as the central point within the organization for email projection, research ways to optimize email functionality within individual email clients (Google, Outlook.com, Yahoo, etc.) and ensure styling is consistent across all clients,monitor email deliverability and ensuring high inbox success rate for all email campaigns.
Identify deliverability issues and work with internal resources and partner Return Path to resolve in a timely manner. Deliverables include sender certification, feedback loops, unsubscribe management and non-engaged automation, DNS configuration.
Campaign management:
Responsible for the development and delivery of a range of communications across both retention and conversion initiatives. Taking the prime lead on the management of multi-channel direct marketing campaigns, definition and audience targeting, creative development, production and analysis in order to optimize direct marketing strategies that lead to increased engagement and income. From September 2013 to Present (2 years 2 months) Global Account Manager @ Focal point for Telefónica’s products (Web and Mobile) providing the telecom knowledge, implementation and matrix management that enables products to be successfully created, tested, launched and supported.
Project Management:
Responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business objectives. Initiating projects, analyzing business case, identifying requirements and assigning operation teams to implement and support the project, while working to ensure the success and acceptance of the project.
Carrier Relations management :
Representing Telefonica in all areas of carrier relations, from the negotiations stage, via contracts and ending in the ongoing relationship, various business analysis and pricing points throughout the product life cycle.
Service level management:
Negotiating Service Level Agreements and make sure that all IT Service Management processes, Operational Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts are appropriate for the agreed service level targets.
Business Development and Care Management:
Identifying customer requirements and ensuring that the service provider is able to meet these requirements with an appropriate catalog of services.
