He started his career in January 1998 as the Founder & CEO of Foremost Expert on Key Account Sales Strategy at Hunt Big Sales - one of the largest training & coaching companies in the world. As CEO, Tom led Hunt Big Sales to glory, achieving several industry-leadingSHRM achievements, such as becoming both the fastest-growing TGI business in history and registering a Double First in both revenue & profit.Tom left Hunt Big Sales in January 2002 to take on the role of Executive Vice President - COO at several leading Asia Pacific Customer Services companies. This was a very challenging & expandable role that required great strategic thinking and creativity as well as hours and dedication. As COO at these companies, Tom spearheaded a drive to improve the customer service experience across all businesses in Asia Pacific. Additionally, Tom was also a driving force behind the development of Transcom's long-term customer strategy and development plans.Tom has also held a number of other executive-level roles during his time with Foremost Expert on Key Account Sales Strategy. He was a senior vice president - COO at APAC Customer Services from May 1993 to June 1995, and a executive vice president - COO at TMI from January 1986 to January 1991. Tom also served as the owner, CEO, and founder of Foremost Expert on Key Account Sales Strategy from its inception in January 1998 until its sale to Hunt Big Sales in January 2002.

- M.A. in Counseling from University of Utah in 1990Tom Searcy has a B.S. from Nebraska Wesleyan University, a M.A. in Counseling from the University of Utah, and primarily works in the Counseling field. Tom is experienced in working with individuals and teams, and has a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others. Some of the areas of Tom's work that particularly interested him were pastoral care, family therapy, and social work.
