Tom Moran's current experience with Hazards Consortium is as an Executive Director.Tom Moran has over 10 years of experience with Risk Assessment, Risk Management, and Crisis Management. Our basic understanding of these skills comes from having worked in these fields while studying business and risk management in college. Tom Moran currently holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
