Tom Lucas was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Saranas Inc. from December 1992 to December 1997. Tom was a President Owner at Ropers Entertainment Inc. from December 1992 to December 1997 (5 years 1 month). Tom Tom Lucas was successfully responsible for creating, developing, and launching sales and marketing strategies for the introduction of the SleepWeaver 3D Soft Cloth CPAP Mask Globally, the reintroduction of the SmartMonitor 2 Infant Apnea Monitor into the Acute Care Arena, and the Launch of NeoPAP Neonatal CPAP into the NICU Market. Tom also successfully redesigned and implemented a new independent sales force structure, commission plan, and quota system. Tom Tom Lucas was responsible for significantly improving the $150M AI business by co-authoring the Aortic Intervention Supply Chain Initiative strategy. Tom Tom Lucas was also responsible for supervising seven Corporate Account Managers throughout the Americas to consistently achieve sales goals, as well as direct business accountability and responsibility for a salesforce exceeding 100 persons. Tom Tom Lucas was also responsible for play a key role in the development of Physician Segmentation which later influenced Customer Centered Sales. Tom Tom Lucas was District Manager for Aortic Intervention at Cook Medical from January 2005 to December 2006 (4 years). Tom Tom Lucas was eventually successful named the Global Manager Sales Development Aortic Intervention at Cook Medical from January 2009 to December 2012. Tom Tom Lucas was also responsible for implementing the Global Physician Segmentation initiative covering Europe, Japan, China, SE Asia, and Australia.
