Mr. Lebamoff brings 23 years of consulting experience with an emphasis on business-technology alignment, technology strategy-execution and profit improvement. Tom has deep industry experience in manufacturing and distribution with large, complex program planning and delivery experience. Tom was a senior partner at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, and an Associate Partner with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Mr. Lebamoffs’ key asset is his ability to quickly breakdown complex problems, identify business-IT risks, assess business value and then provide recommendations on remediation/value attainment. He has deep experience in complex program risk management, executive alignment, change management, program execution and value extraction. While at Diamond, Tom filled a number of senior management roles in the area of technology leadership as the ERP practice lead. Mr. Lebamoff has managed numerous transformational programs, developed strategic IT roadmaps and enterprise architectures, remediated several ERP programs and led post-merger synergy activities. His relentless focus on business value and deep expertise in IT risk management, has resulted in millions of bottom line savings for his clients.
