Henke then earned his law degree from the University ofCalifornia, San Francisco in 1995 and started working at both the institution’s law firm and as an assistant prosecutor in the San Francisco County City District. From 1998 to 2000, Henke was a staff attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation. From 2000 to 2002, he was an associate at Goodwin Procter & walls LLP. Henke then went to work for Qualcomm Corp. He held various marketing and sales positions within Qualcomm until 2003, when he joined IBM.
