Chief Information Officer @ Dr Pepper Snapple Group Developed commercial planning to retail execution system for management and communication of promotional and retail activity for all levels of customer accounts (National, Regional, Local). Integrated to mobile sales application across all routes to market (DSD, Warehouse, and Franchise). Winner of Consumer Goods Technology 2013 Customer Management Award.Designed and implemented two SAP ECC 6.0 ERP programs which consolidated eight separate ERP systems within a DSD business, and one legacy ERP system for a Warehouse Direct business. Created a fully integrated Packaged Beverage business model for Dr Pepper Snapple.Consolidated over 30 independent Route Accounting and Handheld selling/delivering systems, onto one platform, and integrated that system with the consolidated DSD SAP backend. Voted number 146 on the 2010 Information Week 500 Top IT innovative companies for this effort.Developed full system case sales reporting, integrating both company owned bottling and distribution, with third party franchise bottling and distribution. Created sales reporting granularity By Day/By Store/By SKU.Developed and implemented a replenishment pull system, as part of the corporate Rapid Continuous Improvement program.
