Additionally, Kaylor led the development of CDM Smith’s executive recruiter program, which gave the company the ability to better compete against larger companies.In January 2013,Todd Kaylor was promoted to Manager of Technical Recruiting at LogMeIn. At LogMeIn, Todd managed the technical recruitment effort for the Greater Boston Area. In this position, he also had a responsibility for managing the recruiting team for LogMeIn’s workforce expansion in Boston.In February 2018, Todd Kaylor was transferred to the role of Manager of Technical Recruiting at LogMeIn. At the time of his transfer, Todd lead the technical recruiter effort for the Boston Area. In this role, Todd was responsible for finding and securing the best talent for LogMeIn.
