About Timothy Meter
💼 Past Experience
Timothy E. Van Meter, PhD, has a research focus in human neurology with a particular focus onsince the 1990s. Van Meter is the first person to combine the use of immuno-affinity tags and miniaturization to study complex neural tissues. Van Meter's work has showed that antibody-based methods are more effective than traditional methods in studying human neurology. Van Meter's groups have also developed strategies for culturing and studying neuronal stem cells and adult glia in order to better understand the role of neuron in development and diseases. Van Meter's groups have also been able to use antibody-based techniques to study brain damage products in vivo. Van Meter is also known for hisContributions to other fields of neurological science. Van Meter is currently a PhD Student at University of London from January 1998 to January 2002 . He is primarily a research scientist at BRAINBox Solutions, Inc., where he has worked on projects focused on human neurology. Van Meter has also been involved in developing immuno-affinity tags and miniaturization technology. These tags remove render nuclei unable to produce proteins, allowing scientists to study complex proteins in small samples. One such technique Van Meter has developed is the miniaturization of antibodies to a specific target in order to study the effects of detention on different aspects of brain function. Van Meter has also been involved in developing technology for culturing and studying neuronal stem cells and adult glia. These cells help scientists understand the role of neuron in development and diseases. Van Meter's groups have also been able to use antibody-based techniques to study brain damage products in vivo.
