💼 Past Experience

Shephard has experience in business development, policy, and offset strategy across a number of industries and companies. His previous experience at LockheedMartin Space in Denver, Colorado in the role of Vice President, Business Development Strategy & Operations, has given him a deep understanding of the company’s business and its operations. Shephard joins the company in December 2010 as Corporate Vice President, International Business Development, and is responsible for developing and executing strategies for the company’s international customers. His previous role at Orbital ATK in Washington D.C. from December 2006 to June 2018 as Regional Vice President, EuroAmerica’s Region NGESI, was responsible for the overall management of the company’s activities in the EuroAmerica’s Region. Shephard's latest role is as the Lead Controller for the Purchasing Team at a company with over 200 employees. After completed her undergraduate studies, Shephard worked as a research associate at the Economic Policy Institute in London before returning to the United States in 1991 and starting her own business.
