From March 2015 to September 2015 (7 months) Greater Denver AreaSales & Marketing Coordinator @ MINOX handles a wide variety of products ranging from high end traditional hunting and birding optics, to professional grade camera flashes, niche market custom Leica camera covers, & high end German made knives. I’m in charge of designing various print ad layouts, content control over 5 social media campaigns, & manage our Adventure Team (pro staff). I also work with dealers and reps to conduct specialized in store product trainings, create & manage our retail spiff reward programs, and travel to trade shows. I work closely with our retailers to make sure content is up to date and accurate, mainly Cabela’s, Amazon, Optics Planet, Midway USA etc. In addition to all of this I’ve recently been building websites and web stores using the Joomla platform for various projects. From April 2012 to March 2015 (3 years) Director of Product Development / Sales / Marketing @ Responsible for all three departments. Accountable for existing products and new products in portfolio. Designed new top selling products, with a 60% profit margin. Lead a national sales force and dealer network for all accounts. Managed international supply chain from product inception through delivery. Report directly to President & CEO. From August 2008 to July 2011 (3 years) Senior Project Manager / Customer Relationship Manager @ Closed new business, negotiated contracts, developed point of presentation material for International clients including several fortune 500 companies. Managed labor, budgets, cost estimates, and delivery schedules. Lead company in on time project delivery throughout tenure. From August 2007 to January 2008 (6 months) Mortgage Banker @ Closed in excess of $2m per month for National Real Estate mortgage lender. Regarded as senior producer within the organization.
