In my 20 years at TPG, I have developed core marketing and merchandising methodologies that are industry standard. I have also extensive experience with eCommerce and digital marketing, having worked on developing Tyson’s digital commerce capabilities and initiatives across Retail and Foodservice. I am also a partner at The Partnering Group, a large, Miami-based marketing and consulting firm. My work experiences at The Partnering Group included leading the development of Tyson Foods’ digital commerce capabilities and initiatives across Retail and Foodservice, developing and deploying the team’s vision, action plan, and roles & responsibilities, and working with the Walmart Global eCommerce Team and local P&G/WM market teams to launch eCommerce businesses in new countries around the globe. I also manage Procter & Gamble’s Regional Sales unit.My board-of-director experience at Procter & Gamble includes serving on the “World Class Upstream Business-Marketing Communication” award-winning “Account Manager, Regional Sales” unit from 1997 to 1999, and subsequently director since 2001. During my time at Procter & Gamble, I grew the sales of the region’s largest division by 202% and rank #4 in the company. I am also a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
