When Tim Courtad was younger, his family rural life moved to Naperville, Illinois. This gave him the opportunity to develop his skills in construction. Courtad began working at his grandparents’ construction company, which he later took over. Courtad worked his way up the ladder and in 2003, he became an Executive General Manager in the company.
