Tim Arnold has many years of restaurant management experience, most notably at HEI Hotels and Resorts where he was director of food and beverage from 1998-2002 and general manager from 2002-2017. Arnold also has experience at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, where he was general manager from October 2019-May 2022 and general manager at Auberge Resorts Collection from February 2018-September 2019. At HEI Hotels and Resorts, Arnold was responsible for the Food and Beverage department, which included running the restaurants, sales and marketing, kitchen and beverage operations, and restaurant quality control. He also lead the development of the Food and Beverage strategy at Interstate Hotels & Resorts and directed customer service. He then moved on to Auberge Resorts Collection, where he was responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the day-care and resorts businesses. In his five years at Auberge, Arnold helped turn around the company and doubled the worldwide sales of the businesses. He now reports to the general manager at El San Juan Hotel, where he is responsible for all food services activities. Arnold has also been involved in the development of several new restaurants, both in the United States and internationally. He is a master at menu engineering, which allows him to create delicious but also budget-friendly menus.In his free time, Arnold enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and grandchildren.
