Tiffany Ricks has a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University, where she was a Computer Science graduate. She then completed her training at Georgia Institute of Technology, where she earned a Master’s degree in Management. In all, Tiffany spent five years completing graduate level education in computer science, management, and marketing.In her previous roles, Tiffany has worked in sales and product management. Tiffany taught two-to-four hour sessions on programming for girls aged 10-13 years old living in Dallas/Fort Worth. Black Girls CODE is a non-profit organization that provides resources and support to Black girls in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. In January of 2017, Tiffany was appointed as an organizer of the Dallas Chapter of the Women in Tech Foundation. The Women in Tech Foundation is a national non-profit organizationdedicated to ending technology employment discrimination against women. Tiffany also has a six-month experience as a software engineer at L-3 Integrated Systems Group, from June 2006 to February 2017. While at L-3, Tiffany was responsible for developing, implementing, and leading multiple software development projects. In February of 2017, Tiffany was elected as the president of the Dallas Chapter of the Women in Tech Foundation. Tiffany is responsible for organizing the Chapter's events, salon services, and networking opportunities. Tiffany is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Women in Tech Foundation.In addition to her technical expertise and experience in the technology industry, Tiffany is also a highly successful entrepreneur. In January of 2019, Tiffany was elected as the CEO of HacWare, a company she founded in March of 2017.
