From February 2010 to July 2011 (1 year 6 months) HomeSr. HRIS & Payroll Specialist @ Vantage Oleochemicals Led implementation of ADP Comprehensive Services model using the ADP WorkforceNow platform for a manufacturing employee population of ≈600 in 2018. Through partnering with key stakeholders in the Chicago plant, I have configured internal processes and the system to meet our business objectives, particularly within the Time & Attendance module and the unique challenges of having a complex Union CBA in place. Establishing new processes and documenting workflow to create standardized procedures in WorkforceNow across Vantage and our new acquisitions. Managed the standardization process of our employee data, master tables, earnings and hours codes, deduction codes, calculations and qualifiers, and round rules. Partnering with ADP to ensure payroll integrity, local tax compliance, and government reporting compliance. Currently working with Paylocity in the development of their new nondiscrimination testing model, which is being rolled out in late-Summer 2019.
