Thomas has also been with Yorkstate Roofing Company for two years, and he has managed their sales team. He is currently a Senior Sales Representative at Graves Brothers Home Improvement Company. He has also been a Project Manager at Graves Bros. Home Improvement Company for two years.Thomas Basch has a background in customer experience and enterprise relations. He has been with HOVER Inc., Yorkstate Roofing Company, Graves Bros. Home Improvement Company, Expert Roof Replacement and Supply Chain Manager at US Marine Corps. Basch also had a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in applied arts and sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology in September 2022. Basch is currently a civil law major at the University ofhester.

Basch has over 5 years of experience in the the field of customer experience. He started his career working at HOVER Inc. as a Senior Accounts Executive. He then moved on to Yorkstate Roofing Co., where he was responsible for developing and executing sales and account plans for large accounts. Finally, he moved on to Graves Brothers Home Improvement as a Project Manager. He was also responsible for developing project schedules and overseeing the work that was carried out on the projects. Basch also had a chance to work with the sales team at Expert Roof Replacement. There, he was responsible for managing and campaigning for the sale of the product. Overall, his experience with customer service and sales work made him the perfect candidate for the position of Director of Business Development at Leap.
