💼 Past Experience

I have been working in the real estate industry for over 10 years. I have worked in various capacities, both as an agent and a Managing Director. I have held two licenses, both as a real estate broker. In my time as an agent, I have been involved in developing, buying and selling properties. I also have experience working with both customer and tenant populations. In my current role as an agent at The Cascade Team, I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm.I started my career as an agent at John L Scott Real Estate in 2002. I worked at the firm for four years, During my time at the firm, I was an agent in the multifamily, single-family and office buildings portfolios. While on staff at John L Scott, I also managed the office buildings portfolio. I was responsible for all aspects of the managed office building portfolio. I was also responsible for negotiating, enforcing, and managing leases. In my time as manager at John L Scott, I managed the office buildings portfolio in addition to filming andsecuting homebuyers and sellers through our real estate agent network.In my time as an agent at John L Scott, I was also involved in negotiations for the acquisition of multiple properties. I was also involved in developing real estate tenure programs. I had a strong interest in developing tenure programs and I was able to create successful programs at John L Scott.In my current role at The Cascade Team, I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. I am also responsible for the development and management of our office buildings portfolio. I am also responsible for negotiating, enforcing, and managing leases. In my role as an agent at The Cascade Team, I am also involved in the development of projects for our clientele. I am also interested in developing real estate tenure programs. As a result, my experience with tenant populations, real estate development, and real estate management as an agent is extremely valuable to me in my current role at The Cascade Team.
