At TNT I created new TNT services through the use of strategic partners. I was able to achieve a 98% increase in sales for the division accompanied by a 50% increase in trading accounts in twelve months, generating €500k of new revenue From March 2005 to May 2006 (1 year 3 months) Key Account Manager @ Head of Kraft’s vending department for Greece, and responsible for the relationship with the Carrefour supermarket chain. Managed merchandiser teams for both segments.
At Kraft I was able to improve supply chain efficiency through the creation of new trade agreements with wholesalers, allowing 3rd parties to absorb the logistics costs of small low revenue clients. In doing so I reduced the departmental cost of sales and distribution 28%. From April 2002 to September 2004 (2 years 6 months)
