Terry Thiele, an experienced architect and senior recruiter at Kimley-Horn, has over 10 years of design experience. He has worked at Alliance Capital, Michael Graves and Associates, Gwathmey Siegel and Associates Architects, and Transept Recruiters. From August 2004-April 2005, Thiele worked as a designer at Kimley-Horn, where he designed a variety of civil engineering projects. Thiele left Kimley-Horn to join Alliance Capital in April 2005.
