I’m adept at identifying and coaching others through change in $10 to $100 million organizations. Projects have included implementations and rebuilds of both the Sales and Service Cloud, integration with back-end systems and public web-sites, Salesforce Portal management, APEX and Visualforce development, multiple language and multiple currency implementations, Non-Profit solutions and more.
I do extensive sub-contract work with other Salesforce Partners. Clients have included, John Deere Financial, Michigan Non-Profit Association, Homes Murphy, WebFilings, Renewable Energy Group, World Food Prize, Jacobson Transportation, Army OneSource, People's Company, PowerSoak, and many others. From June 2008 to Present (7 years 7 months) Senior Director, Application Systems and Compliance @ This multi-faceted position includes responsibility for corporate and departmental application development, proposal and implementations, data/voice networks, security, business continuity and help desk support of 1,100 desktops across the US. $5 million IT budget, a large custom built medical management system, content management and portal solutions for corporate web-sites as well as federal and state healthcare compliance. 45 IT professionals in a mixed Windows, Novell and Linux environment, plus an additional 9 medical staff covering compliance, training and appeals. From April 2005 to June 2008 (3 years 3 months) Vice President, Interim @ Accountable for overall unit success, strategic planning, care management, staffing, remote operations, IT management and training, as well as sales support, customer implementations, account management and revenue and expense management. Responsibility included a $16 million P&L and 185 staff. Helped shape the overall direction of IFMC as a member of the Executive Management Committee. From April 2005 to June 2006 (1 year 3 months) Director, Application Systems & Compliance @ This was a dual role with responsibilities for all IT operations as well as medical compliance. Managed all IT projects including the implementation of over 15 new customers. Maintained Utilization Review licensure requirements for all 50 states and retained multiple URAC accreditations. Responsibilities included a $3.5 million budget and 18 staff.
