Before the U.S. Supreme Court, Ted has won landmark decisions successfully defending the Texas Ten Commandments monument, the Pledge of Allegiance, the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, the Texas congressional redistricting plan, and U.S. sovereignty from attempts by the World Court to bind the U.S. justice system. In addition, he was the longest-serving senior legal advisor to Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, and was charged with personally litigating those cases raising the most significant and challenging legal issues for the State.
