Completing at least one business review with operational heads each year of each franchisee group to look at the franchised business on a larger scale to review previous plans and implement new ones. Consistently aware of sales and continuously analysis of them in order to keep identifying trends in areas. Managing a budget to be fairly distributed out amongst the region, bringing the best return on investment to the both franchisee and DPG.
