As a Business Analyst at McKinsey, I've explored management consulting within healthcare, banking, insurance, and payment processing industries. The majority of my work has focused on business technology and sales, primarily in the US.
While at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, I engaged in Nexecon Consulting Group (a student consulting group) as a Project Manager, Senior Project Adviser, and Internal Development Officer. Technology has been a common thread throughout my extracurricular experiences--I've served as web designer and webmaster and digitized processes for several clubs. I also founded and led an article database business, pegasplanet.com.
During summer 2013 I interned as a Summer Business Analyst at McKinsey, strengthening skills in client communication, data analysis, audience adaptation, and data presentation.
I spent summer 2012 as a finance intern at Chrysler in Auburn Hills, MI. The experience heightened my ability to quickly learn varied information systems and analyze ways to make information more meaningful. It also improved my Excel and project management skills.
During summer 2011 I studied abroad in Granada, Spain, where I analyzed cultural, academic, and travel information to successfully adapt to a new environment, excel academically, and lead other students on day trips. Additionally, I volunteered as a marketing assistant for the DuPage Children's Museum, communicating with management, corporate volunteers from Omron Global, and teen volunteers to film and create corporate promotional and volunteer training videos.
In my free time I enjoy scuba diving, gaining international experience (27 countries visited so far!), and photography.
