Tabish attended the University of California, Irvine (UCI), where he majored in Economics. During his undergraduate studies, Tabish took on multiple internships, starting with the U.S. Department of Treasury in Washington D.C., where he worked with the Department of Energy on a $25BN government project called the Advanced Technology Vehicle Manufacturing Loan Program (ATVMLP). Building on this experience, Tabish then focused his efforts on the financial services industry, where he interned for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in their Private Client Services division, and then for a middle market investment banking firm, Eureka Capital Markets LLC. Following his graduation from UCI, Tabish joined Bank of America in their Corporate Audit Rotational Analyst Program, where he rotated across three lines of business, which included Home Loans & Insurance, CFO, and Global Risk Management groups. After spending time in audit, Tabish embarked on enhancing his entrepreneurial and sales skills and joined Bloomberg's education division, Bloomberg Institute, where he worked on selling their only product, the Bloomberg Aptitude Test, to universities in the southern California region.
Shortly after his experiences at Bank of America and Bloomberg, Tabish decided to pursue an MBA at Goizueta Business School to further his skill set in finance and accounting to transition into an associate role in the realm of finance. He successfully completed this transition by completing a summer internship at Wells Fargo in their Commercial Banking division, and subsequently landing a full-time role at Hewlett-Packard as a Senior Financial Analyst in their Enterprise Group.
