💼 Past Experience

I am currently an experienced Senior Architect and Director at Cognizant where I have been with the company for 8 years. I have worked on a wide range of projects from improving the technology foundation for a company to innovative digital and enterprise architecture initiatives. I have also been a part of the team that built and led the Architecture & Technology practice within Banking and Financial Services. I have also worked with the team that created the products that are used by clients across multiple businesses. In my previous role, I was responsible for helping to build the technology that is used by customers across multiple businesses. My current role as Digital Engineering P/L owner of strategic accounts, as well as my previous roles as senior architect and director at Cognizant, allow me to work on projects that are related to customer growth, market enablement, delivery and resource saturation.

Swarraj Kulkarni has a long experience in sales and marketing. He had an opportunity to work in advertising and marketing for a senior management program where he learned about sales and marketing. After completing this program, he continued his career in advertising and marketing for Walchand College of Engineering (A Govt. Aided Autonomous Institute) where he worked for twelve years. In 2008, he was appointed as a full-time professor at Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta where he teaches the senior management program and the electronics, electronics program. He also teaches the marketing and sales course.

Swarraj Kulkarni has a degree in civil engineering from India's premier university, Nehru University and six years of experience as a programmer in the software industry. Kulkarni started his programming career at Cognizant in 2002. After three years as a software programmer, he transferred to the 'Digital Transformation' team in December 2017 and became the team leader for 'Market Enablement', 'Delivery' and ' Resource Fulfilment'. Kulkarni's responsibilities include driving 'Market Enablement', 'Delivery' and ' Resource Fulfilment' activities in Cognizant's 'Digital Engineering' business unit. In this role, he is responsible for developing, implementing and observing Cognizant's 'Digital Engineering' strategy and goals, as well as driving the business unit's technical solutions and capabilities in line with these goals. Prior to this, Kulkarni was the digital engineering adviser to the business unit's CTO. Kulkarni has a degree in civil engineering from India's premier university, Nehru University and six years of experience as a programmer in the software industry.
